G.P.S. is a boutique studio offering both classical and contemporary forms of Pilates.  The instructors who work here have all completed at least one fully comprehensive Pilates teacher training programme and constantly invest in continuing education that aligns with their particular professional interests.

We are always looking for teachers who are either fully trained or those who wish to begin a teaching apprenticeship with us so reach out!

Aoife King

Owner of G.P.S. & Senior Pilates Instructor

Practicing Pilates for 20 years and teaching for the last 17, I have over 2000 hours of training and vast teaching experience both internationally and in Ireland.  My Pilates roots, both as a practitioner and an instructor are grounded in the Classical method which is where I did my initial training in Los Angeles. I also hold a contemporary Pilates certification from Balanced Body that I completed while living in Paris.  Every person that I work with has a unique way of adding to my knowledge as an instructor because every body is different.  Pilates was life-changing enough for me that I became a teacher and I aim to share my long-standing enthusiasm for the method with every client I have.
