We start every new client with an introductory session.  This is a  1:1 class where we can get to know you, assess your posture, goals, injuries etc and then advise you on which class would be best for you

Reformer, tower, chairs, mat, barrels and more! Our small studio classes are for the serious student of Pilates and lovers of movement.  And with a 5 person limit per class, you will train safely, work to a higher standard and progress.
